Golden Verse: “For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father...” Rom 8:15 22 

Glory to God, what a great news to hear and to know that the same way our lord Jesus was in a relationship with the father in the heavenly places, so are we, even as many who believe in his name.

Golden Verse: “But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praise of Him who called you out of darkness into His own wonderful light” 1 Peter2: 9.

As we come to today’s devotion, God is making us to see our identity in Christ as His chosen people representing Him in all matters relating to Holiness and Godliness.

According to the Bible passage read, this is a prayer of David for deliverance from hisenemies; he is weary from the struggle and longs for relief, which to him seems like wishing for the impossible.

Golden verse: “He will wipe every tears from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away” Rev 21:4

Issues of life may always lead us into tears, but God’s promises remain endless and true. He will wipe away all tears. Whenever you are in the desert experience, look back again and see the deeds of God in the past, either in your life or in the lives of others you know.
